The Golden Nile Hotel is a hidden gem! Firstly, the value for money is unbeatable - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the location is fantastic - it's very close to the sea front and also within walking distance of the city centre. And thirdly, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, including comfortable beds and even a princess four-poster bed in some rooms! Furthermore, breakfast is served with such efficiency that you can still enjoy your cereal while the cooked food is being prepared. All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
All was delightful, nothing to improve.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring fresh and clean bedding in the rooms. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the seafront but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The basic amenities provided are sufficient, and the rooms even have comfy beds, including a 4 poster princess bed. The breakfast service is excellent, with the added convenience of being able to enjoy it while still eating cereal.
All was more than okay with this hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the location was great, just a street away from the main promenade and popular attractions. The breakfast included in the price was a bonus. Plus, we had a great view of a famous landmark from our room.
The shower could have been cleaner with hair and dirt in the drain. The cleanliness overall should have been better, with some guests finding leftover items from previous occupants. There were also some issues with parking reservations and communication between staff members.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early even though it wasn't officially time. They even gave me a bigger room to fit my own travel cot for my 8-month-old baby. The location was fantastic, being very close to the seafront and just a street away from the main promenade and attractions like Coral Island. The breakfast included in the price was good, with options like cereal and a tasty English breakfast.
Can't think of anything.

Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from major city attractions. The room was spacious and had nice views. The breakfast was delicious, with different options to choose from and fresh juices. The staff were friendly and helpful too. a very pleasant experience.
The hotel seemed a bit dated and could use some renovations. The decoration was shabby and the furniture was old.

Great value for money, comfortable room and excellent location just a short walk from the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay at this lovely hotel.
The only improvement that could be made would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items.

As party people, we loved the convenient location near the seafront and the car park on-site. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great Wi-Fi and a good breakfast selection.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.
